Shipping And Handling
Within the UK: £2.95
Orders shipped within the UK will be sent by first class Royal Mail. If the items are in stock they will usually be dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of the order though please allow up to ten days. If your goods have not arrived within two weeks of ordering, please contact us immediately.
The delivery charge is per order, whatever the size of the order. Where separate deliveries are requested, each delivery address is charged separately.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and for providing us with any necessary information to enable us to fulfil your order.
Outside the UK delivery charges:
Europe: £8.00
Rest of the world: £15.00
Tax Charges
Childrens clothing is currently exempt from VAT.
Credit Card Security
We accept credit card payments via Paypal. All prices will be charged in GBP.
We will process your payment once we've made sure that the goods on your shopping list are available. If only part of your order is available, we will process payment for those items and deliver them to you within 48 hours, as stated in our delivery terms. We will then process payment for the balance of goods as soon as they are available and sent to you. Sometimes blue bear may need to split your order. If we do, we will cover any additional postage costs.
If you prefer to pay by cheque, process your order online as normal but print out the final order and send it to us with a cheque (including payment for postage and packaging) made payable to blue bear designs limited with your name and address on the reverse. We will process your order as soon as your cheque has cleared.
Guarantee
If you change your mind for any reason:
Please notify us immediately by using the Contact Form leaving your landline number and a selection of times when it will be convenient for us to call, if necessary.
Return the goods to us within one month in original condition with undamaged packaging, giving your name, postal address, email address and landline telephone number and we will refund your money in full.
Please note: we can only accept the return of used items if they are faulty.
If anything you receive is faulty:
Please notify us immediately by email. Return the goods to us and let us know if you would prefer a replacement or refund.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
Returns Policy
We will happily exchange or refund your purchase if you are not completely satisfied. To apply for a refund or exchange the goods must be returned within 14 days, by Royal Mail first class, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Please note that this policy excludes products with painted lettering on personalised goods. The sale of these goods is final.

You will receive your refund or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt by us of the original goods.

Privacy Policy
It is our policy never to pass on or sell your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses.
Your personal details and other information regarding your transactions with blue bear are used to help us improve our service to you. We only use your information as follows:
1. To deal with orders and accounts.
2. For blue bear planning and forecasting by researching what you buy.
3. Advising you of special offers. (If you do not wish to receive such information please let us know by ticking the opt out box.).
4. Checking your details with agencies (including credit reference agencies, credit card clearing agencies, fraud prevention and detection agencies). At all times where we use or disclose your information it will remain secure and we will provide them with only the information they need to perform their function.
blue bear does not use or store your credit card details directly; Credit card payments are securely handled by PayPal.

blue bear's total liability for any claim whatsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by blue bear to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. blue bear shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
blue bear cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions in the site.
Customers' statutory rights are not affected by the above statements.
These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England and you hereby agreed to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
