Within the UK: £2.95

Orders shipped within the UK will be sent by first class Royal Mail. If the items are in stock they will usually be dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of the order though please allow up to ten days. If your goods have not arrived within two weeks of ordering, please contact us immediately.

The delivery charge is per order, whatever the size of the order. Where separate deliveries are requested, each delivery address is charged separately.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and for providing us with any necessary information to enable us to fulfil your order.

Outside the UK delivery charges:

Europe: £8.00
Rest of the world: £15.00

Tax Charges

Childrens clothing is currently exempt from VAT.

If you change your mind for any reason:

Please notify us immediately by using the Contact Form leaving your landline number and a selection of times when it will be convenient for us to call, if necessary.

Return the goods to us within one month in original condition with undamaged packaging, giving your name, postal address, email address and landline telephone number and we will refund your money in full.

Please note: we can only accept the return of used items if they are faulty.

If anything you receive is faulty:

Please notify us immediately by email. Return the goods to us and let us know if you would prefer a replacement or refund.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

Returns Policy

We will happily exchange or refund your purchase if you are not completely satisfied. To apply for a refund or exchange the goods must be returned within 14 days, by Royal Mail first class, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Please note that this policy excludes products with painted lettering on personalised goods. The sale of these goods is final.
